Hi, I’m Lauren! I believe that having support through grief and difficult transitions can be transformative.

When the world as we know it ends, we have the opportunity to courageously and intentionally create something new. If that sounds like any mix of scary and empowering, you’re in the right place. Using psychodynamic theory, we’ll process what’s going on now and dive deeper into what else may be showing up beneath the surface. Often, certain patterns and cycles play out for us, and being open and curious allows us to make choices that align with our values, needs, and desires.

I work with adults navigating loss, life transitions, difficult relationships, messy childhoods, and trauma. This work is steady and unhurried. You bring yourself, all of you, and together we will create a space to be curious, compassionate, and real. Over time, you’ll build your capacity for the difficulty and messiness of what it means to be human. Together, we will gain access to and build capacity for your internal experience through a container of compassion and truth in the presence of a genuine connection. Navigating how to pick up the pieces and make sense of loss and change is a challenge, and it often allows for intentional building of a new way of being. You bring yourself, and we start where you are.

Grief and pain can be beautiful portals to growth when we open ourselves to the experience. You don’t have to be in it alone. I’d be honored to work alongside you.
