Hi, I’m Hannah — and I help people slow down, breathe again, and feel more like themselves.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns you can’t quite name, you are not alone. Life gets heavy — especially when old wounds, anxious thoughts, or relationship stress keep showing up in ways that are hard to make sense of.

As a therapist, my work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, shaped by a year of psychoanalytic study and over three years of ongoing psychodynamic consultation and supervision. I also draw from trauma-informed and relational work to meet you exactly where you are. I love helping clients understand how the past is alive in the present — and how the present can gently illuminate the past. With curiosity and care, we explore how your early experiences shape the way you move through the world today: how you relate to others, how you see yourself, and how you respond to life’s challenges. When those patterns are brought into the light — not with judgment, but with compassion — real healing can begin.

I bring warmth, presence, and realness into the therapy room. I’m not here to just sit back and nod — I show up with you. I reflect, ask thoughtful questions, and stay engaged as we make sense of what’s coming up for you. I shape therapy to your needs, meeting you exactly where you are, and walking alongside you through the untangling, processing, and healing.

This process isn’t about rushing to fix things — it’s about slowing down enough to understand. It’s about making space for your story, your emotions, and your relationships, so that change feels lasting and deeply rooted. My hope is always to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and deeply understood — because that’s where transformation begins.

You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s take the next step, together.
