I believe transformation is possible.

I’m David Fulton, and I help people who have tried everything else. Since 2009, I’ve worked with individuals who feel stuck, those who have tried therapy before but never found the lasting change they were looking for. My work is about depth. I don’t just treat symptoms; I help you uncover the unconscious patterns that drive your struggles, the stories you’ve been telling yourself, the wounds you’ve buried, and the choices you don’t fully understand.

My clients are high-functioning professionals who seem successful on the outside but feel empty inside. They are individuals who carry the weight of past trauma, struggle with anxiety, depression, or feel trapped in repeating patterns. Many have been through other therapy that felt shallow or unhelpful. They come to me because they are ready for more.

My approach is direct, honest, and relational. I believe that healing happens in the context of relationship, where old patterns can be seen, understood, and transformed. In our work together, I offer a space where you can explore the truth of who you are, including the parts you’ve been avoiding. Sometimes that means sitting with difficult emotions; other times it means challenging the stories you use to hide from the truth.

This is not therapy for everyone. It’s for those who are ready to do the hard work of understanding themselves.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, with specialized training in psychodynamic and relational therapy. I’ve spent the last 16 years helping clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflict. My practice is deeply rooted in exploring the unconscious patterns that shape your life, while also engaging with you relationally—because true change doesn’t happen in isolation.

Most people come to therapy wanting to feel better. My clients come because they want to understand themselves. If you’re tired of running from your own mind, if you’re ready to see yourself clearly and break the patterns that keep you stuck, I’m here to help.
